For you AD fans <looking at you Da Man> the show is apparently set to return for one more season which will lead to a feature film. The official New Yorker Twitter feed, wrote, "Arrested Development coming back for one more TV season before movie." New York Times reporter Dave Itzkoff tweeted, "Mitch Hurwitz says he plans limited Arrested Development series (9-10 eps, 1 character per ep) that would lead into movie."According to tweets by Jason Bateman and Will Arnett, filming of the new Arrested Development season will begin summer of 2012. No word yet as to where this will air but 20th Century Fox has been in talks with Netflix and Showtime for the 9 to 10 episode airing.
I just started watching AD (on Netflix) and although I think its pretty funny and well written show, its still not better than Friends.

No one cares about this show. It did what..... 3 seasons? A movie???? Really????
